Concrete Feature Wall

R.R. Simmons is a recognized expert in the use of concrete Tilt-Up wall construction.  To showcase this building system element, R.R. Simmons field cast the background wall for the lobby on site. The identical construction methodology was used to construct the structural panels which make up the Riverbend wall system.  Architectural reveals were cast into the panel to tie into the interior design theme.  The final panel was then sandblasted to provide a backdrop for the architectural stair elements.  This wall also serves as the shaft wall for the building’s elevator.
