| Randy Simmons Chairman
A graduate of the University of Florida’s Rinker School of Building Construction, Randy directs the business development efforts for the firm. Since joining the firm in 1975, he has provided leadership in the pursuit of many of the firm’s most successful Design/Build and Construction Management efforts. He has served as the National President of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association, Florida Chairperson of IDRC, President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of NAIOP, Board Member and Trustee of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Graduate of Leadership Tampa and has held leadership roles in other associated industry groups. Randy is very involved with the planning and design efforts of the firm.

| Linda Simmons President & CEO
A graduate of the University of South Florida and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Linda enjoyed a successful career in lending and banking prior to joining R.R. Simmons. Linda is very active in both industry and community service. Linda was the first women to be elected President of an AGC chapter (Associated General Contractors) in the state of Florida. She serves on the boards for the University of South Florida Foundation, University of South Florida Alumni Association and the United Way. Her business experience in lending, investments, management and finance have proved to be invaluable to the firm’s growth and risk management policies.

| Malinda Webster Vice President & Controller
A graduate of the University of South Florida’s School of Accounting, Malinda brings strong industry insight to her role as Controller in the firm. Prior to joining R.R. Simmons, Malinda directed the accounting actions for a large publicly traded construction concern. Along with her responsibilities as Controller, she also directs the firms information technologies requirements. Malinda is actively involved with the United Way and is a board member of the local Construction Financial Management Association. Malinda has served as President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and is a graduate of the Leadership Tampa 2009 leadership program.

| Cesar Zevallos Senior Vice President
A graduate of Auburn University’s School of Construction, Cesar brings many years of project management skill to the firm. In his role of Team Leader, Cesar is an excellent administrator, estimator and project facilitator. Cesar has lead several of the firm’s most significant projects. Prior to joining R.R. Simmons, Cesar was a successful construction professional in the Atlanta market. The firm is fortunate to have someone of Cesar’s ability and commitment on the team. Notable clients include Crescent Resources, Cardinal Health, Oxford Health, Georgia Power, Federal Express and Delta Airlines. Cesar is a board member of the local Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Organization.

| Howard Bruning, AIA, LEED AP Vice President of Architectural Services
A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology’s School of Architecture, Howard joined R.R. Simmons after working with the firm as a professional consultant. Today, his role is to promote the coordinated Master Builder concept of building and facility procurement and is responsible for managing delivery of professional services for Design/Build projects. As Design Manager and as Project Designer, Howard has produced structured parking solutions that integrate into urban sites that have multiple influences directed from traffic patterns, pedestrian integration, aesthetic compatibility, security and long-term durability. Howard is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accreditated Professional.

| Scott Weik, LEED AP Vice President
Scott is responsible for managing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships and providing quality control throughout the entire preconstruction process. By utilizing his extensive field experience and indepth knowledge of technology tools such as BIM (Building Information Modeling), he is able to suggest quicker and more efficient ways to achieve desired goals through his constructability reviews, value engineering abilities and overall cost knowledge. Having earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction, Scott has the ability to balance the competing goals of cost, schedule and design quality to ensure that true value is achieved for our clients. Scott is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accreditated Professional, board member of SMPS (Society for Marketing Professional Services), graduate of the Leadership Tampa 2005 leadership program and an active volunteer in a variety of youth sports programs.

| Brent Kitchiner Vice President
Brent’s project experience spans residential developments, as well as commercial and public works projects. During his career Brent has managed millions of square feet with a construction valued in hundreds of millions of dollars. Brent is well versed in the day-to-day management of large Design/Build and Construction Management projects, being uniquely aware of the financial control mechanisms, scheduling approaches and coordination necessary for the successful completion of these types of projects. As Senior Project Manager he is the leader of project strategy and risk management, and is the primary interface with project owners. Brent is a primary problem solver, planner, coordinator and facilitator who ensures the success of our most complex projects.
